Tommy K. Lassen, PhD, KeyNote

Hi, my name is Tommy Kjær Lassen. I am a Danish author, business teacher and keynote speaker.

I am an experienced thought leader based in Copenhagen, Denmark. My field of expertise is a range of topics within Nordic Management Philosophy. 

I teach at an MBA program at Niels Broch Executive on Management Perspectives & Business Ethics. I also teach classes in Business Coaching and Philosophy of Science at Copenhagen Business School.

I hold a master's degree in Theology from the University of Copenhagen and an Industrial PhD from Copenhagen Business School, where I conducted reseach on an exsistenialistic approach to HRM and Self Leadership.

Previously I worked as a pastor at a Danish Lutheran Church. Today, I run a small consultancy business called STAY HUMAN, through which I provide philosophical inspiration to HR Development and Management Development.

STAY HUMAN is all about bringing philosophical, ethical and existentialistic concepts and ideas to the world of business, strategy and management.
